It is with great sadness that I must inform you that my practice closed on 3/31/25. Unfortunately, I am unable to maintain a strong urology practice in today’s environment. I have found a new place where I can continue to provide my family of patients with my many years of experience and knowledge.

I will be joining Franciscan Urology Associates at 11307 Bridgeport Way SW, Lakewood, WA. The hospital I will be operating out of is St Clare Hospital in Lakewood. I will be only 22 miles from Olympia, so those of you who want to follow me in this new adventure, you will be able to do so. I will be starting there at the end of July.

Once I have contact numbers, I will provide them here. That will give my current urologic family of patients the potential ability to follow me for continued care in my new practice in Lakewood.

To request your medical records, please complete the Release of Information form. There will be a small fee charged for obtaining and copying those records for you.

You can make credit card payments on your patient portal and can access them through our website. You also can send check payments to our office address.

All future appointments have been canceled. We closed our doors on 3/31/2025.

I will be starting back into practice at Franciscan Urology Associates -Lakewood at the end of July.

As information becomes available to contact my new practice in Lakewood with Saint Clare Hospital, I will be posting updates on this website and contact numbers to arrange for possible appointments in Lakewood.

The earlier in the day you schedule, the faster your appointment typically goes. The Doctor will take the same amount of time with you as the next patient.
